I'm running 98 on an old laptop. Today it prompts me for the product code. So after much pishing about in dos I managed to get the thing back again.
Anyone know of a recent virus that edits the registry to cause this crap.
Avg, Panda, and trendmicros housecall detect nothing. I ran trojan hunter, hijack, and spybot still nothing. Anyone?
