BEST NEW RULE IN THE NHL (so far)

It's a different game. Goals are up. Minor penalties are up. Fighting is down. Somebody leaves with 2 pts guaranteed.

I'm not a fan of everything that's new, but with the new rules, I think we'll see a lot more 60 and maybe even 70 goal scorers!

Definitely the expanded offensive zones and no red line. Makes for a lot more offense. More pressure on PP's.

Last night Turco made a pass from the circle to the other blue line. Dallas had a great chance out of it and the building was buzzing. That should have been implemented a long time ago.

I haven't really noticed a difference in the goalies with the smaller gear. The changes they made aren't that signifigant in my opinion.
