Sundowner FC 's season got off on a positive note, beating sporting 2-1 tonight. a warning to anyone playing sporting, they have a crap load of subs, and run alot. the game should have been put out of reach early with Sundowner missing shokingly easy pots. Sporting hung in there and were rewarded early in the second half with a tap in header.
Once again, lack of finnish was the key for the old farts of Sundowner, game woulda, coulda, shoulda, been at least 5 to 6 1. Not bad for a team of over the hills and retirey's and 1 sub. Looks like the dream of running the table in reverse has been shattered.

young guns vs magpies tonight was a pretty solid game for both clubs. pretty terrible reffing but it went both ways so theres not much you can do about it.
in the end young guns come out on top with a 1-0 victory off a header in the box. both sides hit a couple posts and us (young guns) missed a couple breakaways, game could have gone either way. not the greatest game thats ever been played for our squad but it will get there, a wins a win.

Yes, pretty decent game for the 1st one of the season. Your goal in the first couple minutes caught us off guard as most of us were still trying to learn each others names on Sporting!! Most of us have never played together before. The fresh legs helped us the 2nd half but we just couldn't get that tying goal.

no we lost I played 75 min and had three shot on net from the mid. so freaking hot today.

Surrey Heat 3-2 over SFC Impact.A typical first game of the year.Pretty sloppy football,with us falling behind 2-0 and rallying back in the last 25min to score 3 times.SFC
