Sounds familiar...two employees from another branch at my work were let go due to harrassment charges towards an employee. I guess they figured they could post under the companies logo page and trash other employees. The lesson here is think before you post on Facebook.

I know a guy that is a Private Investigator. He does a lot of ICBC stuff and said the advent of Facebook and Myspace and other personal photo album sites has made their lives so easy, instead of shadowing a guy for weeks to find out if his neck injury claim is legit or not all they do is roll up to their facebook or whatever and find pictures of guys wakeboarding, playing soccer, mountain biking, bungy jumping etc...
