The B Provincials are different now... In the past you had Kusch's bags of sand the Dragons playing out of Richmond, the top 2-3 RSSL teams should not have been playing in that league, they should have been FVSL or VMSL D1 teams... Now that the Dragons are gone, and the All blacks look to be a different team, it is open again...

also being a single knockout bracket will make it easier on teams... rather than playing 4-5 games in one weekend. Now if you have guys travelling or at a wedding or whatever you aren't done for the whole tourney...

sure but would you wanna draw two island teams away back to back, paying for the ferry and a hotel twice?
