You lot are the ones who had nothing up front, we had an outfield player in net all night. Your goal was a cross that went wrong.

I enjoyed the match, you guys are a good bunch.

We will observe a minutes silence on Sunday also.
Of thoughts and prayers will be with Barry's family this week.
We should all consider how fortunate we are to be able to see our familys at the end of each day.

Just because we don't know or play against Barry does nothing to lighten the fact that we feel the pain of losing a fellow Masters soccer player...our sincere condolences to Barry's family,friends and team mates...we will hoist one in his name on Sunday in respect.

I want to pass on my thoughts and prayers to Barrys family and friends.

Barry was a devoted club guy who spent his whole time playing mens soccer in Aldergrove.

Gordie called and said they want to play tomorrow so we are looking forward to sharing some time with the Aldergrove boys after the match Sunday morning.

Tomorrow is all about # 20 Barry Bauder...................

Condolences to Barry's family and friends in this difficult time from the Westside club. It's always sad and sobering to hear of a fellow player's death. From all I've read since the tragedy, Barry sounded like a fellow well worth knowing.

Very sad news of a very classy player.

Barry would have been proud of his teamates today.

They wanted every ball, every tackle.
They played their guts out my hat goes off to Aldergrove United.

Their back four were fantastic.
We got a couple of sniffs but not much.
Kenny, Les, Terry, Robbie and the dude with the 'stache played really well rotating the back line.
Mike Clark and Lorenzo with great games in midfield with Gordie Clark doing his usually marathon up front for them.

We lacked today unfortunately.
Steve Young couldn't get the West Coast Offence going so he had to take matters into his own hands.
Unbelievable free kick over the wall and off the post had Jerry with absolutely no chance for us to go up 1-0 in the first half.
Magic strike.

Aldergrove actually had a goal called back right near the end which I'm sure has them a bit gutted as it would have been a nice tribute I'm sure to their friend to finish off the game on a high.
Their heads were held high anyway.

I must say I'm liking this 'grass' stuff we've been playing on last couple of games.
Not a big fan of the 10AM kick offs but the fat body definitely likes the soft turf lately.

5Bigtoes makes his appearance finally today and then doesn't play due to a 'paperwork' issue.
We have decided to peg the blame on Uppal as it is well known he has something against Aston Villa supporters.

So I found out today that the league gave delta the points for a game we couldnt field a team?
We play delta on the friday and after the game one of the players says can you play us on tuesday.
checking our players with work committments we couldnt field a team but we would play them another night.
So the brain trust that is making a mockery of the league says okay give delta the points without even talking to us .
then has the gaul to post on there web page any team that forfiets will be fined .
get a fricken grip u nobs.
we all pay money to play in this league and albiet recreational you are taking the fun out of soccer with your blatent lack of organization.
