I know there is a application and subsequently a promotion policy in the VMSL (I believe the Flying Horsemen are currently going through) so I don't understand why POCO Castillans would leave Fraser Valley Premier for VMSL Division 3? Unless, I'm missing a possible amalgamation with a current VMSL Master Premier team, I don't seem them making the move.
