That said, I just received an e-mail from Chef Picard regarding items for the Langley Masters Darby post Match Bar-B-Q:
"I have changed my menu item to reflect Asian Pulled pork sandwiches with a Hoisin glaze and a light wasabi and peanut slaw. Keep the fryer clear for more variety."
