No kidding.

PAU starts winning, How exactly are a bunch of over-the-hill geezers getting it done?

Come on Cainy, break out the singlet...:D
Check the stats mate PAU are always winning. We always finish in the top three or win the cup or make the cup final. As Guiness points out we are not an old team. We actually have a couple of 16 year olds, 6 or7 20 year olds and a half dozen late 20s and then Billy and myself. The reason in my oppinion that we keep rolling along is continuity and keeping one eye on the present and the other on the future. We have a great blend of youth and experience, and we think of the club and the team first before individual players. We have a new coach who is an former player, a new manager who has known all the players well for years, and the rest of us are just spokes in the wheel baby:)

Cainy, you disappoint me...

The only good thing that can come of this is Cainy posting again; can we get an unsilent majority opinion on the quality of play in Premier these days?

Give me some sugar. ;)

I know one thing...they current youthfullness of Premier is extending the playing careers of many, not having to get stuck into tackles as often anymore. Guinness must be loving this. Proof in the pudding: Studsup. That boy should be a Langley Athletic by now.

I can usually handle your 'rant' as it can often be a piss-take and unlike most TTP'er's, grammatically correct. However, listening to your thoughts about how "shite" the Premier league is and how over the years the league has watered down to a sub-par standard...blah...blah...blah. If it's such a shite league why are you only good enough to post about it and not play in it?

Honestly, your opinion might matter if you were a player and not a specatator. Lace em' up and then comment, otherwise, piss-off.

KNVB - any chance of you filtering out the riff-raff.....you wouldn't just let anyone into your house parties would you?? On second thought, don't answer that!

Re: Arroybunk

That's too bad for Chilliwack, I think Langley would still have been vulnerable as Trinity Western are at Nationals this weekend...

Adios Amigos.
Off to Mexico... I'll try to update TTP during the Rangers/PAU get away training camp!;)

You guys should take that $29 ball the Rangers used to beat Langley with a couple of years back!!

On second thought, the ball might be too much of an upgrade for the locals.

Can't wait to hear why Stepchild's touch is equally as bad in Mexico as it is in Canada.

Canada already got respect on the beach this past week by beating Spain.

You muckers can't play on grass, what makes you think you can play in sand?

Re: [FVSL Premier] Results & Banter - Nov 06'

They have a little 5 a side grass pitch here on the resort. so we are playing the hotel staffs team.. supposedly they havent lost to guests before....i am sure the likes of Jacko, Zaurrini, Stephild, Juice, Spearsy, Guinness, Studs Up, Roberts, Lion, with Carlo Marini in net might be able to change that..

5 pm kick off.

Viva Mexico...

Sounds like the last two Mexican resorts we visited, same story: never lose.

~Dude- 3 goals in 5-2 win over hosts in Club Robinson Classic, 1998.

Yeah, I know...being a guest in a resort soccer game doesn't quite compare to being the hosts in a Provincial match. You guys were fine hosts last season. Must have been nice for those Island boys to turn up in their bus, and find a bunch of PAU boys with their asses pointed up, ready for a right rodgering.

Nothing like being the captain of such a well mannered squad, eh Knees?
