KNVB, do you fancy a little wager on the Surrey/Croatia Imperial Cup game? I'll put my avatar up against yours. Same idea as the Guinness/Slav World Cup bet. Croatia wins and I choose your new avatar which you keep for,....oh, lets say just 1 month.

Is Captain Putting Out the Odds for the First Round

I can Imagine what the odds are for the Mighty Khalsa vs. Capitals "B" match.

I give the Caps the edge for this one, I think they are the home team, and they do play on turf. Plus they are a very experienced team when it comes to Cup.

Having seen Indo and Clan play this year, Indo will not win by THREE goals. I will give the nod to Indo but it will be by a goal, perhaps in overtime.

As for the West Van/Firemen game, I am calling an upset. I think the Firemen will be a very dangerous team in the Imperial Cup if healthy. Firemen were one game away from promotion, if you look at the game they gave up 3 late goals to Indo, so they(you) are obviously a very good team. We played you in an exhibition game at the start of the season with both teams missing quite a few players but it was easy to see the Firemen would be battling for promotion again.
