What's the deal with these minnows, Chievo? Has the Metro-Ford legend, Carlo Corrazin, been transfered to head up this giant killing? Or is it another one of your mob's mafia run deeds?
These guys stadium fit 3,00 as of last season and now have to lease out a stadium to play in. They have been getting really good goalkeeping and they are a quick team. The season is only 8 games in and many think the giant clubs like Juve, Inter, Roma, ACM, will takeover once the season progresses. Who knows how long they will keep it up
Robby Baggio is 34. He said if he does not make the world cup squad he will retire from the serie a after the end of this season. After that he might come to Peg in a sign and trade deal with Brescia.
Thanks for the kind name, as we all know I have been called much worse.
If you fancy the Chievo story, do yourself a favour and pick up a book called , "The Miracle of Castel Di Sangro", by Joe McGinniss. It is a well written book, which follows a Serie C1 or C2 side up to Serie B. Very entertaining.
I would lend it to you, on the grounds that it is not passed onto Coppertone. There aren't any pictures and some words have more then two syllables. It would take him ages to finish, I'm sure.
It wouldn't work... nevermind that certain people in the Abruzzo camp might have a kinipsion(sp?) if I came outta retirement for another squad, Fruitloops already has 3 imports with Tee, Doddy, and Cocco...
Thanks for the info on the book...If I can't find it I might need to borrow it. Don't worry I won't lend it to Coppertone. He's to busy to read it, he's working on creating the sweat proof wife-beater.
Jinky, After a weak showing vs verona it is highly unlikely that htye will be on top of the Serie A much longer. The Cinderella story will soon come to an end
Chievo, has won another game....They beat Verona 2-0. ACM beat Parma 1-0, Juve lost to Lazio 1-0. Lazio making a run for the top. Inter won and the other teams are broken down.
