Anyone know him?

From what I have read, he is a Victoria boy who was in the CSA system as a player many moons ago.

BTW, Notty used to work for the Caps, back when Kerfoot was just getting involved as the new order. The office was out of Kerfoot's West Van home.

I remember Notty saying it was well endowed. Never thought to ask him what that meant, just thought he was desperate for cash.

It was a little place on a bay that, at the time, he owned all of but one little slice of the pie right in the middle of the arc...I believe Tommy Chong had that property and (again, at the time) wasn't letting it go.
