Right above the first post, click on the event tab... you'll see the 2 teams you can bet on - to the right of each team, there is a 'place wager' link... click the one for which you want to bet.

You'll get a pop-up that tells you how much you have and you can input your wager and click submit.

I *think* everyone started with $1000 on TTP... if you lose it all, TTP will 'gift' you $100 the following night.
