Sad news in the music world as Prince passed today at the age of 57.

He would, with a fair amount of regularity, put on concerts in the park in his hometown of Minneapolis. A good colleague of mine and my wife is a huge fan, as is my wife. Shelly and I were going to surprise the missus on the next park concert by flying her out last minute. Too bad.

I enjoyed his music. Really, how could you not? Very unique sound.
