Shoulder Stabilization Surgery/Bankart Repair

Anyone have this done arthroscopically? Until you saw the surgeon again what exercises were you given besides the pendulum/range of movement? Also what is it like when returning to sports? Meaning does it stay in place or will it dislocate again?
