Wao Montreal has a bigger croud in one game than the Caps all year. Good on Mr Saputo. It is nice to see him stay in a USL and get such a huge croud.
Maybe just maybe if Hamilton gets in and Ottawa gets a USL club. We might have a chance in Word games.

Not sure what Scrable competitions have to do with the soccer in Canada, but the near record crowd has more to do with who they were playing then the Montreal Club on its own.

Look at the crowd the Caps got for old Bendit Beckham at BC Place, crap game, but the fans came out to see one guy.

I was in Montreal for the game vs Atlanta in September and have to say that Montreal has much better fan base... there was close to 15000 at that game, great athmosphere too, I hope the Caps can get a nice stadium, the Impact one is very nice, I have some amazing pictures from that game...
