I wouldn't be too worried, a fair number of quality sides enter in the tournament. ACBC didn't win any money last year, who's to say they will this time around?
Cap Sham is that because you knocked us out last year. damit.
We always do bad in Squamish for some reason.
But we like the folks that put it on as they do a good job and the beer garden is always busy.
Good teams and good fun.
Div 2 team with a couple guys from prem,,,Same as all the other teams.
Maybe thats why we have been knocked out of this tournament early everyyear.
Still its fun and what else is there to do in April.
Actually our Premier team will be in the middle of the provincials so I dont think I would risk injury by playing them in Squamish,,Some of the Bench will play for some gametime but ya squamish will be mostly my div 2 guys..
Mens Open Groups
1: Quest University, Punjab Hurricanes, ACBC, The Harps
2: Donuts, Shockers, Shaheen, HL United
3: Squamish FC, Vancouver United, Paykan FC
4: Canex, GN, Bombastic
Of the lesser knowns, for the most part I haven't a clue.
Donuts are a Squamish based pick-up team for the most part which I am managing/playing for.
HL United to my understanding are a U-17 Squamish team.
Canex is another Squamish based team.
Quest University are a bunch of egotistical brats, skilled to a degree, that from my experiences can't play a physical game very well.
The Harps and Paykan FC I am unsure of.
