Obviously, times are lean for established "big-name" Scottish talent. The days of gubbing England, or even the fcuking Faroe Islands, are rare. That much us true.
However, the Old Firm's big-spending bubble has burst. Consequently, both clubs have reinvested/restructured their YTS. In fact, Rangers have developed a state of the art training facility in the tropical paradise we call Milngavie. Watch all those fancy-footed Taigs wantin' to play in Scotland know.
Finally, young Scottish talent will get the opportunity to play on the big European Club stage. Granted it usually only a home/away fixture, but sumpin' it better the nought. But I digress.
Let's hope this experience translates into improved international performances. Outings like when Scotland ammered....um.....er.....
Look, it was only a suggestion.
Archie Gemmil was a fave of mine.
Perhaps my view is distorted wee bit.
Each time I've seen Scott Gemmil play in the last two years he's been OK.
He is indeed in the Scotland side is he not?
At least I had the balls to name five unlike you pair of spineless muffs.
I saw pictures of Murray Field (Named after Jinky's favourite Fitba executive) at Auchenhowie and it does look deluxe.
Hopefully you're right on it Bucky.
Does Celtic have the same thing or plan to do the same?
