sx League Cup semi finals

It was decided in August these games will be at Newton Athletic and they are slotted on FVSL site for March 6-8 weekend. I think they are both on the Saturday (March 7th), but I'm not sure of kick off and if they are on grass or turf?

The league has us (geu) in first, even though we tied with abby in points but lost to them. Is the sx cup just GF and GA and no head to head? if so that puts GEU vs PAU and Abby vs ACBC. Does anyone know how this system works?

The league is looking wide open right now for Poco to take 2nd, so I guess the pressure is really on PAU to win this thing!

Funny...I personally thought this was a bit of a fluffy cup when it came about, but it sure does have a lot of implication tied to it now!

prior to our game on friday the question was asked of the exec what if two teams are tied because if whack v p/a tied that would have made them tied for second place and the same with geu v poco
it was sugested that pens be taken if tied and the exec said no not needed we will make a ruling if needed.
it looks like the ruling is goal diff so acbc v abby and p/arch v geu are the semi's ................ but ............ we all know how things can change and nothing has been set up for the games yet. either way two will move on and two will go home

FVSL has 5 Provincial berths.
2 cup winners plus top 3 division spots.
4th-5th place in division could get a berth as long as cup winners are from the top 3.
Any team outside the top 5 that may win any cup will get a berth and obviously knock out the 5th place team.

this is what i thought too but the sched is up for that weekend and we play friday night and acbc play sat 4pm
i gues we will find out when we get told
