What was the scariest movie you ever saw. The movie that scared you the most.:(

For me it was Children of the Corn. I saw it when I stayed home sick from school one day. I think that I was in Grade Five or Six. It scared the living hell out of me. Corn fields and anyone named Maliky scare me a little bit to this day.:(

Candyman is a close second. I was in my twenties when I saw it, and it scared me like I was ten again.

Let's hear yours.

The Exorcist scared the be-jesus out of me. Pet Sematary had some good chills, too.

But seriously, who could swim in anything larger than a bath tub after they saw Jaws for the first time?

Classic scary movie Sage. Same one where the girl gets raped by the tree branch.

American Werewolf in London was a great flick.

Hilarious Yoda!!

Biography,...ha ha ...of my...hoo hoo,...life,..ho ho.

Oh God, my sides are splitting.

I better take a knee here and try to recover.

Okay, that's better.

I was actually referring to the "Large Marge" scene.

Pretty scary when you're stoned and seeing it for the first time.

Are you the only one allowed to try and make jokes around here Jinky?

Just wondering.

The Wizard of Oz

Those flying monkeys gave me the creeps, the sky was full of them and they were evil...

remember the time difference

The scariest movie that I ever saw involved a girl named Angelique, a toilet and a plunger.

Oooooooooooooooooh, some images an impressionable young man can never remove…

Scariest Web Site on the Net

Tried watchig Children of the Corn when I was 12. No such luck: couldn't make it past the opening neck slitting scene in the restaurant. Cried all the way home.

Or was that last week vs. Bingers . . . ?

At 24, I made the conscious decision that I was old and mature enough to handle The Exorcist with my girlfriend.

It was the only night she ever wanted lights on during sex.

Incidentally, a few years ago, during the re-release of The Exorcist on its anniversary, I visited the official website. For about 3 seconds. I've been too scared to go back and check to see if it's still there.

Make sure your sound is on and the lights are off.

'art'

I agree with Saint, for once. Although The Omen was up there in terms of terror, it must be said, however, that Angelique just shades it over Damien.

I'm deeply disturbed, nay horrorfied, by the idea of keeper having sex.

TheRob, Yoda's "joke" got what it deserved.

So it was about as funny as Jinky posting Pee Wee's Big Adventure as a horror?

I will be sure to mark my post titled "Intellectual humour in this post" That way you know when it's worth reading Circle K.
Wasn't looking to get signed up for Comedy Central with it, just a little dig.

But back on topic,

The Amittyville Horror was a good one too.

Actually, yes.

Night Mare on Elm street scared the bejezus out of my when I first saw it, but it's more of a comedy now. They defiantly should have stopped at 4

The original Friday 13th isn't bad.

Try watching The Shinning at a cabin. Makes a late night walk with the missus interesting. :D

Why don't you mark them "Please don't retaliate when I attempt to take the piss out of you or I'll tell the super moderator on you."

That way you won't get your feelings hurt.

What do you mean?

Isn't that what the "Report this post to the moderator" link is for.
:D

Personally I didn't have a problem with it. On second thought it was TR who started all this.

And KNVB who added fuel to the fire!

I'm sorry Jinky,

I love you man!!!

KNVB,
I know how the Simpsons can be scary for you. The "Shinning" was petrifying.
