But when Toure turned and jumped his arm was out perpendicular to this body, the ball hit square on the back fo his upper arm. Arm not in a natural position when struck by the ball should be a PK.

Handball rule is too difficult to understand! One ref sees it one way and another ref will see it the other way.

Imo, the first one was definitely a PK, the defenders hands are out straight and the 2nd is a tough one but the player has his hands up in the air and turns, the ball clearly hits his arms, therefore a PK...what’s from stopping a player from putting his hands up a turning around whenever there is a shot? If he used his hands to cover his face and then hits his hands then I don’t think it is a PK but this was not the case.

Truly confused as to what is and isn’t a handball?

Also they need to put in a new rule...for the finals all players are allowed to play except for players who received red prior to the final. Let the best players play and decide the champion!

Finally I agree with the earlier post, one of the two infractions in the 1st half should have been a PK!

Chelsea deserved better but at the end of the day the better team won...let’s go Barca
