As unlikely as it may seem, Wickham's still got a shot at catching up to Norvan in 1A and winning promotion. On the bottom end, the Firefighters are already a foregone conclusion. But who'll be stuck in the playoff spot? It looks like a turtle race between PCOV and Serbia. The Serbs are ahead by 4 but the Portuguese have 3 games in hand and have managed some strong games in cup play. Can they translate that into some league wins?
In 1B, Sikh Temple and Indo are gonna go down to the wire, but I can't see Indo giving it away at this point. Primos are done like Christmas turkeys and after Sarajevo's win over the Mermaids, it looks like the Slavs have bought themselves a year reprieve at the expense of Dazza & co. Mind you, who'll come out of the playoff alive -- Meralomas or Serbia/PCOV -- is debatable.
Either way, all of this may be over this month.
