22nd Avenue Lions (greatest team name in Masters football by the way)

Vancouver Eagles

Teams are seeded in this draw. My guess is you may see the top two seeded teams get byes, or there is a prelim two team playoff of something.

Taxman are you guys healthy enough to maybe make some noise in the Masters Cup? It seems the only time you guys were healthy were the first 5 games of the season.

I hate to say it but after the Christmas break we have been fallen hard to injuries as well... It Sucks getting old but thank god not as old as some of the Surrey guys yet

Round of 16 (I think top listed/lower number means home on each bracket):

Side A:

1: Columbus FC vs winner of Surrey United vs Meralomas

2: Wickham vs 22 Ave Lions

3: Westside A vs KLM Alemania

4: Metro Ford FF vs Cliff Ave

And then winner of 1 vs 2, 3 vs 4 etc.

Side B:

5: West Van FC vs SFU Royals

6: Romanians FC vs Bombastic FC

7: Sapperton Rovers vs winner of PCOV and Lobbans

8: Vancouver Eagles vs Richmond

Winner of 5 vs 6, and 7 vs 8 etc.

Its gonna be a good game. Both teams will have to play really good inorder to get thru this game. When we are missing more than 2 key guys out of our core, we are not the best team; but when we have everyone there we are very tough to beat. Looks like we will have everyone there for Sapperton.

Our bigger task will be Richmond this friday... Big game for both teams!!
