well...from my vantage point...WV actually started with 12 with a late addition just as the game started to make it 13...as Sir M predicted. WV looked primed to be knocked down a few pegs after their big win last weekend. They came out flat and slow....the Lions might have been better to score in the 89th minute and walk away with the 3pts....however they scored early and woke up the sleeping giant. WV bagged 3 in the following 7-8 minutes....and finished with the 6-2 win. Lions showed some skill going forward but defensive coverage was tragic with WV's freestyle offense causing the Lion's fits. Hopefully the Lions stay up this year...and with the addition of a 2-3 seasoned players next year, they will be a solid mid-pack team.

PCOV 1 SU 0 - Good game overall, SU came out with a high tempo game but lacked in the final third of the field. Regs, I hope you finally realized that it was one of your own players who elbowed his own teammate in the nose (not pretty). 0 - 0 at half. 2nd half PCOV player who is last man falls down on the ball while being chased by SU player and ref gives him a red. PCOV starts playing better with 10 men and finally bag a goal. SU keeper was the man of the match.

Agreed on all points, and yes, I realise it was our own player that got Carson in the nose... pass my apologies onto George for making the veiled accusation. I blame it on the turf, fcuk I hate that park, my knees start aching before the match is even over
Oh well, the season marches on...
