Not a VMSL transfer, but CCB-RT picked up former TFC player Nick Soolsma.

On 18 June 2012, Nick Soolsma, along with two other Toronto FC players, were arrested in Houston and charged with public intoxication.[10]

Soolsma's contract was terminated on 11 July 2012.

I'd like to blame it on the fog, but Croatia didn't seem to have a problem. Shocking performance and definitely not the time for our boys to hit a slump. Need to regroup for what are now, all massive games.

WV 1-1 Inter Not a great game at Trillium. We scored early on a header. Inter got a red in the second for a second yellow. Instead of pushing we sort of sat and they punished us with 30 sec left in injury time. Corrazza slotted on a semi breakaway. We didn't play very well and pissed away 2 points. On to Peg next week. We need to be better for sure.

Croatia has a quick young team with the crafty, old, young veteran rookie still pulling all the strings. Great to see a team with some travelling fans as well, except for the yapping Bronco.
