2012 BC Provincial Cup Masters - Draw, Predictions, Results & Banter

Thought I would get this started as most Leagues have started or are starting their Cup play-offs. The Masters Cup has gone from 20 spots back down to 16 spots for the BC's this year. From what I gather teams who have already clinched a berth to the Show are

VMSL - 6 spots allocated
1-Westside
2-West Van (reigning BC and western Canadian Champs)
3-Columbus
4-PCOV
5- Sapperton ?
6- Coq-Metro ford ?

Top 4 are in for sure sure with the last two spots depending on their Leagues two Cup finalist's

FVSL- 4 spots allocated
1- Poco
2- Delta
3- Peace Arch Dragons
the last spot has three teams still in the running and also depends on their Leagues Cup Finalist.

NSCL- 2 spots allocated
1- CV United
2- Roma FC

VISL- 4 spots allocated
1. U Vic Alumni
2-Gorge
3- Castaways
Not sure who is in the running here for the 4th spot!!

Here is some more information for everyone

The Cup Draw will be held on Monday April 2nd this year. It is open to the public and will begin at approximately 11:00am, and will be held at Creekside Community Recreation Centre.

The finals will be hosted by Metro Women’s Soccer League and will be held on May 12th at Burnaby Lake West Sports Complex.

2- Delta
3- Peace Arch Dragons

In the FVSL - the only thing guaranteed is Poco in the big dance. For the rest of us - it's still a dog fight with Delta (us), Dragons, ND, PA and Temple all still alive for the three remaining spots.

With the exception of Poco running away with the league, it's been the tightest race in years with so many teams seperated by merely a few points
