Yah, ties have just been our game plan this year 
We should have had this game easy 4/5-1, but thanks to their keeper and just us not shooting smart we get a 1-1 tie. Oh we'll, easy cake walk with bc united that's a plus

Thanks c4l, but give yourself a lil credit. It shouldn't be so much of a cake walk for us. You will start out tied, the end result might be a lil rough on you though.

Another Vault tie? Wow, what a snore fest they are putting on this year. Then again, they have as many points as us and got their one win from us, so I guess I can't say much.
A little late but as for us this past weekend...
Cloverdale 3 - ND Titans 0
We played really poorly. Despite that we only have up 3 shots all game. And all 3 found their way into the back of the net. Definitely closer than a 3-0 game, but regardless we didn't deserve to win. Their goalie has good hands and seems really solid. They have some decent players but nobody game changing. They are also really soft in the middle despite having big boys.
But a loss is a loss. Time to right the ship on Saturday hopefully with a win against the Surrey Strikers.

We played really poorly. Despite that we only have up 3 shots all game. And all 3 found their way into the back of the net. Definitely closer than a 3-0 game, but regardless we didn't deserve to win. Their goalie has good hands and seems really solid. They have some decent players but nobody game changing. They are also really soft in the middle despite having big boys.

Vault 1 - cloverdale 0...... Well at least we scored this time hahh. Just a brutal night for a game, soaking wet the whole way through.
we probably had about 65% possession but just couldn't burry more chances. They had a few chances of their own with no luck. Clean game all around, I'm sure game 2 will be close. Always a good match vs those guys.

ND Titans 3 - Surrey Strikers 0
We started each half extremely poor. Couldn't make many passes and were getting outnumbered in the middle of the park.
Fortunately for us we turned things around and started playing better. Scored twice off set pieces in the first half. Scored again late in the 2nd half to wrap things up on a questionable goal as the keeper may have had it covered.
Overall, it was a decent performance from both teams. We were just able to capitalize on our chances and they weren't. It was nice to get a win under our belts after a few poor performances in a row.
Now its off to Abby on Sunday night and Chilliwack on Monday afternoon for two tough games a hell of a long way from home.

We were looking to avenge our first game with the first place team after they thrashed us 8-1. Moments into the first have we had 3 breakaways but could only manage to score 1 because of some great athletisim by their keep.
We are up 2-1 when our striker gets taken down in the box but fails to score the pk, again another great stop from their keeper. The athletics tie it up from a scramble in our 6 yard box when the player deflects it in off of one of our players. Our Trainer and hardest working guy on the field (K2) with the game winner. ND 91's 2 - ND Titans 1
Really frustrating to not come away with at least a point in this one, especially since this is the 2nd week in a row where we've had a lead then lost the game in the last 10 minutes.
Good game with pretty even posession, we didn't generate much in the 1st half but didn't really give them any chances either. We went up 1-0 early in the first half, then with about 15 minutes left, one of their players took a shot from about 25 yards out, deflected right to the feet of a guy sitting a good 6 feet offside, no call, they score. Then with about 10 left, another shot came in from 25 yards out that was a good knuckler that went almost right down the middle, but handcuffed our keeper so badly all he could do was wave his arm at it. Probably one of those shots that would get stopped 9 times out of 10, but just unlucky this time.
Another shocking display of "refereeing" (becoming an unfortunate trend lately). Both teams were extremely frustrated and baffled by most of the calls.

Well done BCU. Way to bounce back from a terrible first couple games. Nice to see the first win against Cloverdale in a long time. Anyways, Looking good for the rest of the next couple games. Good luck the rest of way. Cheers.

Beat the 91's sure, lose to you mutts, no way haHAHAH. If we do win this weekend though, it will make for an interesting round 2 between us that's for sure

ND Titans 3 - Langley Rangers 2
Weird game man. Probably should have been 5 or 6 nothing... We went up 1-0 pretty early, and while we didn't have a great game, still controlled the majority of the play. 2nd half started out slow... We put 1 away about half way through, then missed a PK shortly after. Had a goal called back on a horrendous offside call, then we finally went up 3-0 just after that. About 10 minutes left and the ref called a PK at our end... A ball was cleared out, then grazed the arm of one of our players who made every attempt to get out of the way. When he asked the ref if there was anything different he could have done, the ref acknowledged he knew there was nothing our player could have done, and then explained why he knew there was no intent... Yet still made the call. They score on the PK, then still baffled by the situation, we had a brain fart on the back line and they scored on a scramble a minute later.
I don't remember it being this bad last time we played, but the Rangers whined and complained the entire game, then when they didn't get any calls, started taking runs at our players, and then proceeded to complain that fouls were getting called on them. Good times.
Glad that one is over and done with.

Wru 2- 91's 4..... Just a brutal game..... The 78 year old ref who couldn't run / hobble out of the centre circle was quite something to watch. Glad we spent $60 on him for his services, a 5 year old with a whistle could have produced a better quality officiating . I never complain about ref's but yikes both sides got it bad!!! Anyways, game report:
We had about 20+ chances to win 10-4 or so, and we couldn't hit the broad side of a barn. They had 5 chances all game and capitalized on 4, that's the name of the game no excuses. Job well done by them.
