This game basically sums up the whole reason I can't wait for D2 next year. 7 guys at kickoff, 10 guys 5 min after start, then by the end of the first half they had 4 subs, just friggin brutal. Have some respect for the other team. We show up an hour before the game, regardless if it's the best or worst team. Waiting past the start time to see if they can field a team is brutal. Other than that it was good that they sucked, our touch was horrible, as was our finish. 10-0-0, can't wait to play Abby

It shows a 4-0 win now, but it looks like Abby's game was cancelled again due to light failure. I don't really want to play them at their park, that seems to happen quite a bit out there, waste of a drive for GEU again.

I understand the frustration,Stallion.Looks like D3 was a warm-up for next years competition.D2 should provide a bit more of a challenge each week.Good luckthe rest of the way! Just maybe you'll meet the dreaded "Heat"!!!!!!!!!!

Based on how they did the groups this year I'm thinkin we'll be in 2C and you'll be in 2B, we'll just have to have another exhibition game

Since it's really slow at work today, and we'll need something to make some banter, here's a combined standings for all of D3. Of course it's subject, as we never play other groups, and some teams (Abby) just haven't played any games, so it's just for fun.

I don't think we're too interested in div 2 as we have a little older side and just enjoy the weekly run.The younger sides need to progress through the ranks so i'm thinking Poco Warriors will be the team to be promoted from our group.I think they have gone on an 8 game winning streak starting with the win over us.They are a very young fast team but lack a couple of experienced veterans that could help settle them down.We have had our best season in 3 yrs since joining the FVSL but are just out for "the love of the game."I do have to admit being a veteran player, div3 is not the butcher type soccer i expected to encounter when i decided to join this side.What the players lack in skills they make up for in hard work at this level.The biggest difference being, 3 or 4 well rounded players in this div will win you a lot of games.Having half the season to go should be interesting for us old boys.Still lots of football to play!! Good luck to all down the home stretch.

I guess with us being younger we want the promotion,although I was hacked so much more in D1 and don't miss that part of the higher div's. I thought I was going to get killed when I came to D3, but alas, it's been my most injury free 2 seasons ever. Weird.

First of to badknees7 and the rest of the Heat my apologies for the mess-up a few weeks back, I was away for 2 weeks and left the reigns of the Bullets to a teammate, obviously it was too much responsibility for him to handle and he shite the bed!!!
Nothing worse than showing for a game only to have the opposition not show.Once again Sorry and yes we will be ready for the rematch in the Newyear!

Happy new year everyone, for those left in cup, they've posted the draw. Man Abby did you get lucky, pretty much a bye into the 3rd round. Good luck in getting games in this weekend.
