So let me get this straight...
If the goalie goes in with two feet, studs up, mouth foaming and snags the attacker just under the knee cap whilst shouting fck you and raising his middle finger in salute he's almost definitely going to get a second yellow?
If that's the case, then he's off for sure at that point....unless of course the slimy attacker was offside in the first place and decided to carry straight on through and pretend he never heard the whistle.
Sht like that happens all the time.

This is getting way out of order, forget about the 2 foot tackles, elbows from hell, fist full of hair challenges, and Mr. Fugi's ' magic powder from the trunks too the eyes' The poor Ref has no choice but to play on with NDU Div.1 matches Because, If he sends someone off the game will have to be abandoned 7 minus 1 equals 6.

I didn't have a PK called on me.

No, ours took down your guy outside the box on a free ball, got called for a free kick but no card issued.

seems more often than not, ref's are making calls based more on opinion than rule. personal favorite is an obstruction call in the box being given as a PK.

A couple games back we had the goalie pull down our striker on a break-away, Yellow Card.

He had nicked the ball past the goalie and was all alone, the goalie pulled him down.

PK, and a yellow - shouldn't that be a straight red? The linesman said that the player was going away from the net which was accurate but it still prevented a clear cut goal as the player still clearly would have got to the ball.

That didn't make sense to me but that seems to be the safe call, award the PK and give a yellow.
