South Delta 1 Tamanawis 1


Tamanawis players (majority of them) were an ABSOLUTE DISGRACE today. I think there is one TTP member who is a teacher there and I can only say your school would be embarrassed by their performance today. The principal will be receiving a full report tomorrow about the antics.....mainly racial slurs.....but there were many other things happening which must be brought to the attention of the school.

On top of that, the ref lost control of the game in the first 5 minutes........but that's another issue. He would have been great for the National final as he let EVERYTHING go......including players telling him outright to **** off.


Anyway, we play Seaquam on Tuesday in a first place showdown. They are 4 - 0 and we have 3 wins a draw. I'm quite confident we can make the Valleys this year, which will be the first time in a long time for the boys........but after that, who knows?

So far we have beaten North Delta 3 - 1, Delta 3 - 0, and Earl Marriott 6 - 1.

The boys fully deserved the victory today. One of our Grade 10 players scored a hat-trick despite our keeper hving a few wobbly moments. Thw win moves on into first place with 3 games left and 2 of the games are against the last 2 teams.....I believe we just need one more win to clinch our first birth in the valleys in quite some time.

Yes, good point. I've always had difficulty spelling 'hving'. I'm sure there is no 'a' in it.

After drawing with Semiamhoo last Thursday 4 - 4, we followed that up with a 5 - 1 pumping of Elgin Park today.


A win on Thursday against Sullivan Heights and we clinch the league title and a 3rd or 4th seed for the Valleys.

Our boys had a good victory over Richmond High yesterday. It was a tale of two halves, with the second halve being better. We move on to the the AAA finals tomorrow vesus Cambie. They were our only lost during the regular season. It should be a good game. However a berth to the VSSAA/IND/RSSAA Zone has already been secured.

What school JB? As for Seaquam, they beat Tamanawis 2-1 yesterday giving them 19 points. A win over bottom feeders Sullivan Heights on Thursday gives the Devils first place.
