Well played, Peter. Walls' inability to decipher between a hyphen and a dash was a bit concerning. A hyphen is a punctuation mark. It is used both to join words and to separate syllables. It is often confused with a dash ( –, —, ― ), which is longer.

On a related note, Walls spelled "proper" incorrectly.
