I heard possibly a div 1 team didn't want to step up into Premier and Poco had applied....however that works. It's just what I heard so could be false.

I guess both westside declined as the always do,guess they dont want two teams in the premier.Will the flyining horses do the same when they win div.1 next year?Better to have poco there rather than a 4th or 5th place team move up.We are looking forward to the up comming season and playing meaningful games week in week out the only crappy thing is we gotta wait a few months to get it started.

Westside isn't declining each year. You can't have two teams from the same club in Premier. Otherwise, by now all 5 of our teams would be playing each other up there

Nope. We had Rhinos who wanted to have a go at Premier, so they went rogue and became their own club.
