Fcuk that weekend grub is gonne' dae me in!!! so for today the master chef prepared: 2 Scotch baps (no mayo) with curred chicken, green pepper, cucumber and tomato... a banana, no fat yogurt with granola some freshly cut pinapple... ahhh... I feel better this afternoon!!!
