3 games of the Caps will be available on Feb 9th vs Seattle, Feb 26th vs San Jose and March 1st vs Portland.

First friendly for Robbo and the boys was against Indy club. Caps three Indy two. Indy is a new team in MLS. To me it tells us our D needs bit more help. There is no way NASL club shoud score more than a goal aginst MLS.

most of the guys were super draft picks and reserves. Hurtado and Salgado came on with 30 to play with Salgado bagging 2. Indy also only had 2 shots in the game, 1 free kick which was a goal, and 1 breakaway which was a goal other than that they were kept to nothing.

If the Whitecaps are depending on Mattocks, it's going to be a long season.

I fear for Robbo, he's got no chance with the players at his disposal.
I guess when the opportunity comes to take on a Head Coaches job, you cannot turn it down, but without decent players to put on the field, I see nothing but tears in the end.

Here you go again Badcamp with all the hot shots we lost to Seattle. I know the playes Caps have and I can tell you we are two D short you like it or not. R D is fine. Centre D is on and off. Left D is not there. You will see Robbo will fix it. He will add a player from somewhere sooner than you think.
This's why you play teams like Seattle to find out where you lack. I said it about midfield before. Club did add two new players. I am saying it about D. Not good enough for MLS. With addition of new laft back we will do better.
We have pace in the mid we have pace up front. Trace Hurtado scored a goal. How about that.

Caps 1 University Victoria 0. Caps scored les the a min ute to go. We all knew that Victoria has few good players. This just proves it. IF I was Robbo I would scratch my head and think bit more. Good luck to Robb and Caps but they just played fourth div soccer club. In my opinion not good enough from MLS Caps.
