C'mon CDK,

It's obvious Mr. Slick should stick to his future superstars thread and hope his kid doesn't turn out to be gay.

Apprentice,

Here's a picture from that 2-1 Croatia win. It pretty much tells the story of how much more dominant the Croats were over the stunned I-Ties.

The I-Ties found themselves being skinned out of their shorts for the entire 90min. Croatia not omly whipped the I-Ties but the referee also, as they scored their consolation goal in a very unordinary amount of extra time.

Not only won a game...but also topped the group ahead of the lowly Italian's.

That's why my 'Early World Cup 2002 Prediction' has to be another Croatia win.

Guinness,

There is nothing in the title of this thread that says we have to do that.

I'll stick with predicting Croatia's victory's over its group opponents.

One round at a time.

If people don't mind repeated comments

Guinness, I totally forgot what group Scotland is in? You piece of Shite.

Italy is favoured ahead of Croatia but anything can happen at the World Cup, even something as lucky as Croatia beating Italy.

I am starting to question your credability, no dought Croatia won all the power to you but that is not a picture from that game man.

I know its not very important but get your sources right before you start talking.

Fcuk, you're right?!?!

Anyway my sources were right about the score...2:1 in Palermo. And the Croats did TTP the I-Ties. Right?

BTW, Zenga, good work on using a big word like credibility.

Muppets!!!

CDK,
justhelpingthisthreadstayalive
was this not your posting???
sorry mate, I was just helping you out...I'll try not to do that again after resorting to such Italian comments like calling me a protestant leprechaun!!! you very mean guy!!!

Apprehensive,
do you ever know what the fcuk your on about???
Guinness, I totally forgot what group Scotland is in?
WTF??? are you a complete retard??? what the hell does Scotland have to do with me???

getting back to the topic at hand,
the Croats will pish all over the wops only to manage a draw, because they allow a weak goal off the counter attack... the "Trap" which the Guidos are famous for will be their down fall in the tournament because they won't utilize their attacking strength!!! Fcuk, I can't wait until the group stages are over and all of this talk is put to rest!!!

Guinness is always right

I agree with my jamacian brother:) , with the Italians and Croats, in the same group this should be change to the olympic diving competition, or the oscars, there will be so much diving, and moaning it will take hours to play.

Guinness,

I just named the subject title to my post "protestant leprechauns". I never called you a "protestant leprechaun."

As for diving...I'm pretty sure the Croats have only been cautioned for diving once.

Re: Diving
Alan Shearer was busted for it Euro 2000 as well as a Dutch player.

Re: Other Teams
If you guys want to discuss the other teams in the World Cup, go ahead. I'll start a new thread just for Group G then...

Did Owen Hargreaves get hooped?

Owen Hargreaves is not playing in the friendly with Holland tomorrow.

Does anyone else feel the Erickson played him for one game just to tie him to England for the future 'just in case' he turned out to be the midfielder England was lacking?

I hope the one game he got in was worth years of not playing internationally with Canada... Maybe it was though.:(

Croatia goes far once again as a dark horse, but how far is hard to say:confused: HOPEFULLY THEY WIN IT ALL!!!

France lose their first game to Senagel:D

England chokes, and barely makes it to the last 16.

And thats just some of my predictions.
