Well what can i say besides the fact thw Geu made me eat my comments. I know the score was 9-2, but it wasnt played like a 9-2 thrashing we kept going and going at them but just couldnt catch a break, I think we must have hit the post about 4-5 times, but hey i give it to Geu they came out and showed what they have to offer. I mean these guys jit the net with everything they shot at us, but hey next game i think will be way closer then this on.

Looking back, with the exception of our first game, I don't think there's a game so far we shouldn't have won. Pretty much every time, we've scored first, and generally given up the lead or lost the game within the last 20 minutes. Slowly starting to come together though.
Well I promise to make things different for you when you play us.
Well score the first goal. Heck, we'll even score the first 4 goals just to change things up.
Maybe we won't even give up a goal that way you won't have the chance to blow a lead in the last 20.

ugly ugly game .... the only decent goal was for langley good cross good header ours went through the keepers hands and legs like a slippery bar of soap from a YODA shot yes thats right YODA notched 1 and the other a hard driven cross tapped in at the back post (or was it a shot that far off target) other than that no flow no more than 3 passes form either side it was like bloody pinball out there but at least it keeps yoda's other thread alive for another week

They obviously needed a senior player to step up and take control and that's what i did.
For the first half i was sure the jinx was in and i'd have to read a thousand posts about it in the "Who will beat GEU" thread.
Guess that gives us another week to talk to ourselves in there.

It finally happened!
So the time has come. Finally a weekend that GEU cannot get a win.
Dissapointing since we have been playing so well and we wanted to continue that momentum this weekend. But i guess it had to happen sooner or later.
