confirmed the Dragons are gone. Merged with RCIU of the VMSL Masters premier. All but their goalie (PAU) and one field player (NDU) have made the jump. Wondering what the league is gonna do about the 7 team premier league and better yet can't wait for the moaning to start from the VMSL camp about the 4 berths for 7 teams for the provincials.

Confirmed by whom? I guess that meeting tonight is a moot point?

okay now its true...

Dragons merging with Richmond. All but a few guys are staying with Dragons... a couple will remain at PAU or heading teams closer to home.

Down to 7 teams now? I suppose if you play each team 3 times that is 18 games - that would work out.
I don't know that adding another Div 1 team is the best idea. Any traction with the a Coaches league defection?

Its RFC... Richmond Football Club. RCIU was a one year, transition name.

How about Coastal Alumni going into Premier?

They won Div 1 last year & said they were not going up as there were already 2 Coastal teams in Premier...only 1 now!
