An argument can be made that at the Masters level, the VMSL is slowly eating up the other leagues in the lower mainland (FVSL, NSCL etc). Which at a certain level is a bit of a shame, because the inter-league competition between the various leagues in the BCs is arguably one of the more fun aspects of that tournament.
