Chilli 3- GN 0
GN held the majority of the play but never really looked dangerous. We scored two in the first, both of which their goalie might like to have back. Third came mid-way thru the second. GN never really looked too dangerous, although they held most of the play. Good win otherwise.

GN/Wack
GN looked good in this one, a far cry from the team that came to Chilliwack earlier in the season and struggled so much before Christmas.
Much of their possesion was by their back line 50 yards out and the majority of their shots went astray from 25+ yards, but they put in the effort for the full 90 and kept us on our toes. Very nice to see that level of soccer from a talented bunch.
The 2 early goals that caught the keeper out of his net allowed Chilliwack to sit back and concentrate on defending the lead. We had to work to preserve the bagel, and still managed some dangerous opportunities the other way in the second half.
Cam, Ed, and the others who weren't able to dress tonight owe the guys one for making this win look easier than it was!

GN/Chilliwack

The guys from chilliwack pretty much told it as it was, we had alot of the possession but couldnt produce alot with it, especially when you have about 6 free kicks 3-4 yards outside the 18, you have to hit those on net, but the guys played well and have to continue their effort in a huge game against poco next weekend.

Any word on the Delta/Poco game.... did it get cancelled?

PAU 4 - Dewdney 2

After spotting Dewdney a 2-0 lead in the first 20 minutes, we managed to get our shite together.

Thanks to Chopper, who filled in between the pipes today due to our keeper being unable to go. 'Wonder Wade' with both for the Razorbacks, who definitely has some pace, and was very opportunistic. Great finish on both. Our goals: Saunders with 2, Guinness with one on a free kick, and Billy '10 K' Jackson adding some insurance late in the game.

We'll take the three points, and try to have a better effort vs Crafty's crew next weekend.

Re: PAU 4 Dewdney 2

If it wasn't for ME setting up two goals from dead ball situations and scoring a "cracker" of a free kick we would have lost 2-1... Sorry I couldn't post earlier as my internet was down all day!!!

:D Ohla boys... Moe and i are gonna drink some maitais to celebrate. Cheers to chopper for going in goal. Did James play at all? or did he give it a go and come out? Some good results for us. How the fcuk did Saunders get 2? Looks like coops is 100% in his coaching duties. Thanx and good luck next week.

When is the transfer dead-line, is it still Jan. 15th, not much time left.

Don't leave Burnaby, it is a lot colder out in the Valley.

Here we go... another GN signing that is going to take them to the promise land... don't hold your breath.

... unless of course these individuals own mitten factories... and the deal includes the club signing an exclusive supply agreement... then it is golden!
