I saw an article quoting a rep of the Glazers as saying they are staying put, and already turned down an offer of 1.5 Billion Euros for United, which is estimated by Forbes of being worth 1.8 billion USD

A bit of Premiership news overshadowed with some wee tournament going on in South Africa. Chelsea have offered Liverpool £50 million for that cnut Torres. It looks as if another Liverpool player Yossi Benayoun is on his way to Chelsea as well.

That other team from Manchester have apparently offered Joe Cole £110,000-a-week, plus a staggering £3 million to agents in fees. Apparently, the greedy cnut turned down £80,000 a week at Chelsea and is looking elsewhere.
