Game on

Sorry Yoda, yes the game was on, and is now over.

The Hotspurs held the play in the first half, with Delta fighting back in the second.

Final score...3-2:eek:

I attended the prez cup game today.
It was alright, Poco had the 1st half but Delta was all over them the second half.
They scored 2 and had many great chances to tie it up.
One Delta man had a clear cut breakaway and shot it right at the keepers legs.

tight game, If Whalley wins there game they should have no problem with the poco side.

Yes Delta did fight back in the second half, and had several chances. But thats only because PoCo changed their lineup for some unknown reason and they lost quite a bit of chemistry. Don't count on that happening in the next game. The ref was also letting alot go in the way of important calls, but oh well the outcome is the same. PoCO wins.

Whalley cat/GEu Div 3

Whalley 2 GEU 0
Didn't watch all the game but both goals came from penalty shots from bad tackles in the box. Well done GEU to beat two cat teams to get that far hats off.

I agree.
In fact it's well done when you go down to one of the favourites by 2 PKs.
Sounds close.
Whalley is definitely one of the massive contenders.
Nothing to hang your heads on there lads for sure.

So where does that leave the fixtures?

Argyle:
Cheers on the heads up for the fixtures.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think it's the semi's not quarters though. ;)

Best regards,

I copied it right from the fraservalley site, or at least I thought that I did. No-one has ever accused me of being intelligent.
I stand corrected

Some good games looking to be played this Sunday. That pitch is really nice and big.
I think the Storm are going to win in game one.
Gonna go a bit early and watch.

Ripe for the picking

Looks like Whalley may be a little more tired when Sundays cup game comes around.

Looks like they have a makeup game against Chilliwack on Thursday night, in Chilliwack at 8:00pm.

Might be a slight advantage to Poco.

Couldn't get out to watch the games today, but looks like it will be a ND Lions vs Whalley Storm final. Lions beat Langley 5-0 and Walley won 4-0.

My prez cup pool is looking good:D

The winner

Do you think that is what the league might do?
Promote the winner to prem?

I think that would piss some teams off.

Anyways.,, finals should be a good one.

Always a tough game against the Storm.
I am looking forward to it.
I heard the finals are at John Oliver now.
I like this.
Better then the turf at Newton. :)

Why not both?
Both sides could compete in that division.

Those are two impressive semi-final results.
The final should be a cracker.

Go Lions. ;)
