Oh forgot to give you all the dirt on our player (#9) in Europe still trying out in Nice(sp) France. Div 3 there does not carry foreners and Div 2 only has a few work permits and does not pay well. Div 1 is where you or he wants to be. He has been given a hotel(room and board) for 4 weeks as they evaluate him. If all goes well he returns for 6 weeks and then back for training camp later this Summer. We wish him well. And miss him on our pitch.

He is returning early as he just made the practice roster and was ordered to return Middle August.
So we shall have or guy back for most of the Summer.

Nomads FC 2 - PoCo Pacific 4

2 goals by Poco in the first 5 minutes before we got out shite together (and got 2 more bodies). And one more before half. I scored my first 2 goals in the last 3 years to get us back in it - then a brilliant free kick from Poco over our diminuative keeper.

Great game - a little physical, and the field was a swamp, we destroyed it.

I know the team we played them 2 times(new west celtic) They are a Div 3 team for sure ,,,middle to lower fvsl div 3.

Our new Div 3 team played there this past winter.
