Too many unfinished chances. They got one decent chance and finished it. End of.

Pacifica 0-3 Friends

Friends started off fairly strong, as they were looking for 'revenge' following the 2-2 draw between the teams earlier in the season. Our centre mid scored a great volley (and yes trece this time it was an actual volley) about 20 min into the game, and if the team had been more clinical, we would have entered the break with more than just a 1-0 lead. There was a brief period where both teams were just hoofing the ball back and forth, but Friends found their rhythm in the last half hour, and they put the result beyond doubt with two goals from their injured top scorer's replacement. Controversy! This game also marked the first time that there was a clean sheet in a game involving Pacifica.

Gastown started with 9 and didn't have the id cards so the ref called the game at HT.
We gave them couple guys and played for another hour.

Could we be possibly drawn with the Champions of Div. 2 cup last year? Shaheen fc? They are still in Div. 2 this year, would love to play them.

Shaheen will probably have a first round bye as they are one of 4 seeded teams.
They should be the team to beat this year.
Any div2 team is going to be a nice measuring stick for you guys for next year.

be careful of what you ask for lol, if you can get thorough Cliff/NV Lions,Dasmesh FC ,VanStars/Pt.Grey Ur wish will come true (also if we can play how were capable of playing and get thorough all those top div 2 teams)
