Good news for United ...... the hardest man in football Nemanja Vidic has signed a long term deal with the club. Apparently, terms have been met and he'll sign the documents when he comes back from holiday. There was rumour that Real Madrid were tabling a bid for him as his missus apparently doesn't like the weather in Manchester

Sit down talks are about to happen with Wayne Rooney and his advisors about a contract extension when he's back in camp as well.

Very dodgey call by the ref I think on the red to Cole

Sure, clumsy tackle in the end, but you can clearly see he had zero intent.

Anyways, 1-0 to the good guys now!

:wa:

BTW, highly impressed with Jovanovic so far.

Not so much with Carragher... get ball... take 13 touches... kick ball as far as possible...

You don't even have to be born there to make a meal of it between the sticks :(

Agreed ....... a strong yellow would've sufficed.

On another note, watching the Premiership highlights last night ..... is it me or was there some huge goalkeeping blunders in the first week ??

On a more positive note ;) , Paul Scholes' performance yesterday was pure class against Newcastle. Incredible as a 35 year old that can dictate the pace of a game at that level. Something Michael Carrick will never be able to do ..... Scholesy's vision, passing and ahem, tackling :D should've named him man of the match honors.

United just need Rooney to get match fit and start banging them in again.

Manchester 2-2 Fulham

credit to Fulham for never giving up, but SAF should, however, give up on Evans! He's never been anything other than absolute sh1te. And why is O'Shea seeing so much time on the pitch? Was Rafael unfit?

Love watching Bale play......:)

AS for Tottenham, still have a bit of work to do against the Swiss outfit this week but that late 2nd goal will certainly help their chances.
