Since I missed Sunday's game, all other goals should be moot . Otherwise, we will have to measure the boot on a goal to game basis. That only makes sense, doesn't it?

It is not like you would have scored anyways they were 10 years younger than you not 5 years older than you that you are used to playing against. Besides I am pretty sure Yowen would have marked you out the game. The golden boot goes to the one with the most total goals. I believe Club I champ will soon be the favorite. You want to go by goal average in your little world there Superman(Flying in from nowhere tonight) you keep track of that.
BTW who was watching the girls while Daddy was soaring through the air.

It goes down as a 5 - 0 win, with the Captain notching 4 of the goals. Club I Champ scored his 7th in 7 and Parkhead was held off the score sheet, so the Captain vaults to the golden boot lead with FIVE.

This is Pocomo we are talking about. There is no such thing. We drank at the park till 2:30ish and then made the little jaunt down to the Lion. For a few more and dinner.


I guess Looks can be decieving. Actually the plan was to get rid of the lightweights.

Pocomo 6 BC Romanians 1

Their goal was an accident. We had 11 players and they had 16 imposters dressed as players. Dressed very poorly I might add. The Captain starting the scoring on a corner kick. Then Paul scored a nice header. Captain sent Paul through for his second before Malcolm, a young kid scored. The Captain scored about 10 minutes into the second half and Paul notched his hat-trick on a penalty. Overall, a couple of goals and first assists. We are counting assists, aren't we? Apparently we play another undefeated team next week, so that should give us a good test.

I will let Parkhead update the golden boot. I could have scored a third but refused to score the 7th goal in a game like that.

I guess I missed a game for stuffing the stat book. Oh well I wouldn't want to win the golden boot that way anyways. Clearly I picked the right game to miss and it was definetly worth it. I will regain my perch on top next week.
