Congratulations to Tigers and I hope the celebrations are in full revelry at the moment!

Realistically Campo will drop a point or you will pick one up before the end of the season, so a playoff is incredibly unlikely...it's job done.

Rino's promoted to Premier for the first time in the club's long history. Full value and fully deserved. Well done to the players, coaches and management!

I caught some of the action and the teams battled hard against each other. Tigers with more of the possession but Rino's endless work and determination almost got a result as around the 75th minute their forward had an open goal at his mercy but mis hit the ball and it lofted high enough for a tigers player to clear the danger.
Some crunching challenges too!

And....congrats to the tigers!

Red card every time Rinos teams have played each other
3-2 Tigers
4-2 Romania
Yellows coming up 2 days before game is a killer
Guys away or working then Suspensions coming up
For players that can play hard to play with 1 sub

You know guys, this is really bullshit. The league has to provide a better service and be more professional.
We will be showing up with 9 guys against Norvan. Yes, this notification came late and in our case they mixed up the dates, so the guy who was suspended for last week appeared suspended for this week and the correctly dated suspension was due to the fact that he was trying to convince the referee that there was no goal.

The Metropolitan striker convinced the referee that there was no goal but the referee did not retract the four or five cards that he gave during the incident.

Romania is a good team it does not surprise me that the beat the Fury.

At this moment, wishing Tigers and Norvan good luck in premier. Next season will be interesting.

Previous post did not get updated, so I will have to write it again.
The loss of Norvan at the hands of 10 Campo players have significant impact on the promotion race.

First of all, the issue of straightforward points. This loss gives many teams the mathematical and statistical opportunity of promotion. CCB has an increased chance. If they win against Norvan and then Norvan ties, then a play off for promotion will be forced.
Even Bingers Army has still a chance. Rino's Fury is also not out of contention. With the right combination of results we can have double ties or even triple ties. Promotion will not be confirmed until the very last date or at best the second last date of games.

Second of all, the issue of psychology. A team who is going to be promoted to Premier should be able to handle a 10 players roster from ana smaller and struggling team. But they were not able to have any real dominance. Even Campo had more shots on target than Norvan. It was 10 players but realistically it was only 9 as one was struggling with injury and was essentially walking and just making dome distractions.

You could see Norvan coming really confident and almost arrogant to the game. However, as the game progressed their confidence went down. They started to argue with each other and finally they walked away by the end of the game full of doubt in their abilities and claim for promotion.

Perhaps this loss turns them around and makes them work harder or perhaps it sends them in a shock that will affect them when they face CCB.

For the league, this date has some learning too. I hope that next year we have a rule that no CAT game should conflict with the regular team game. Otherwise, it defeats the purpose. We could not field either games fully as both teams played at the same time and date. Once the CAT game was over, we had one of the players to come for the last few minutes.

They should also be aware that not having the suspension up to date it affects the teams. They notified late and also combined suspensions for this game when the suspension of at least one player should have come the week before. Small details that at the end impact games.

The central referee was excellent. He even called a penalty against us, which was very controversial. However, he explained himself well to the players and to the coaching unit afterwards. No cards for dissent. You know guys, if the referee calls the game fairly, protects the players, and shows basic respect to the players, and follows the laws of the game, we do not have any issues.

One assistant was very good. The other one seems to have some issues. Shot down two attacks with really wrong offside calls.

10 men campo squad will win remainder of there games
As they were part of Norvan minus the winning
Uniforms
Looks like Norvan should have let Campo stay
Norvan is a team that will soon play masters
Guildford is not anywhere close to last seasons
Level of players
Zero coaching
Formations terrible
Some great individual players that can come up big to win games

When you win the ref was good to you and when you loose the ref was terrible and cost you a game. I wonder what you would say if you lost against Norvan? Would you still say that you had a good ref?

Metros must beat rinos or its game over. Too bad two teams are not getting dropped lots of meaningless games to play for maby teams

I'm hearing that Norvan lost because there was no coin toss. Interesting turn of events.

Not necessarily! If they beat Romania, and SD or GN don't pick up any points they're still safe. But yes, odds aren't looking great.
