I have watched CFC Balkan Wolves play their first game in the Valley league.Surrey Pylons started with a man down and played one hell of a game. They stood big and strong. And payed like that. It was only to Wolves speed in the second half that got to Pylons. The score was 6 to 2 Wolves. With few guys as subs Pylons would give anbody a good scare. They are class act group of guys.

It was a good game. The first half was pretty sloppy as our guys (wolves) were panicking with the ball but that was expected as it was our first game together. Second half was much nicer as we were able to take control.
Thanks to the pylons for a good match, its too bad you didnt have more players as im sure it wouldve been alot closer.

New West Celtic 3 Miners 1 on a hot sunday we lost our season opener at Sapperton park. other then the long grass and half a softball field in the pitch. it is a nice little field right by a corner store and a hospital and a church. really what more could you ask for. clean game by Celtic other then the right back bitching about every tackle. good group of guys.
Surrey Coyotes vs Delta Sundowners. Game was very close. Delta head a PK late in the second half to put it away. Surrey keeper got ocross and got to the shot. Score was 2 to 1 for Delta. Surrey Coyotes were missing five guys due to tournament in Alberta. Both sides lack in fitness. Just the same Delta has three good front runners. All three can scoot and shoot on the fly.

there was a game last year in vmsl, div 3 i believe, that was 22-0. so it can happen.

Any word on what kinda team the Clones are like?
completely new team from last year. Their old guys were put out to pasture. But a group of them will have plenty of Div2 experience.

It is an eye opener for me to see how well teams in Fraser Valley Div three play vs Div three VMSL. Soccer in the Valley has grown so much. Skill level is way better and team work has improved. It is not goig to be easy for any side to clibm to the top with out good keeping and most of all a fast pace attacs. Clubs are big and strong only speed could be the divize.Turf fields are much faster than grass fields. Control game is not as easy on turf.
I would love to see a play down Fraser Valley vs VMSL in Div three. I am sure Mr Mills would get the braging rights.
