Sportstown has 50 min time slots to try and get more games in.
8 rinks uses 60 mins time slots for 50 mins game. This gives time for a warm-up, and half time.
Sportstown starts the clock as soon as the other game is finished. By the time you get on the field, everyone is organized, etc, it is down to 40 mins.
8 rinks does not start the time untill the game starts. They will also stop it for injuries, etc. This is why you get more time to play at 8 rinks.

Out of curiosity, how much does it cost for a team to play at 8 rinks and Sportstown?
Its around $3100 (plus GST)per team at 8 Rinks for the fall season (6 months, around 20-24 games), about $200 per player if you have 15-16, a lot of money if you also play outdoor. It's more like 42 minutes left by the time Ed reappears from wherever he goes between games.
It very well may be because they don't like your team.
I would Also like to institute and Ed scoring system to see how many times you can get him involved in play. 2 weeks ago he must have had the ball hit 15 times. If you can get Ed involved and get him the second assist i would like to see the goal worth 3 .
I would also like to see power brought to both goals. I cannot get enough power for the music to be loud on batteries and being able to plug in would be easier. i could use a remote then as well. It's a bitch having to take the gloves off to change music on the ipod.

We have 3 different seasons; Fall (Sept - Dec), Winter (Jan - April), and Spring/Summer (May - August). The Fall and Winter seasons are $1650.00 per team for a 14-week season, plus a 15th Bonus week for playoffs. The Spring/Summer season is $1300.00 ($1100.00 for returning teams) for the same length of season.
